Frank Rigg

Frank is a full-time Arts and Music student in his sixth year. He has helped in the cafe regularly for two years and has a first hand knowledge of problems and difficulties involved in its management He will do his utmost to ensure that the students and the cafe staff get a fair deal. He is a member of the S.C.M. and a former secretary of the Glee Club. He believes College musical activities should be given greater support. He supports the proposed medical scheme but believes that it should be accompanied by a vigorous health education campaign. He thinks also that the University should try to establish closer relation with community.
