No. 917.—Petition of Tari Anaru Kupe.

Petitioner prays for readjustment of succession to two deceased owners in Waahi Block, Sections 18 and 19, Waikato.

I am directed to report that the Committee, having already this session reported on a similar petition to the above, has no recommendation to make.

E inoi ana te kai-pitihana kia whakatikatikaina te whakatuunga o nga kai-riiwhi mo etahi tupapaku tokorua i uru ki te Poraka o Waahi, Tekihana 18 me 19, Waikato.

Kua whakahua ahau kia ki penei, i te mea kua oti i tenei tuunga o te Paremete te ripoata a te Komiti mo tetahi pitihana penei ano te ahua me tenei, na reira kaore kau ana kupu.
