Petitioners state that the person (Teo Uenuku) who held land in trust for them at Rangitoto (D'Urville Island) is dead, and they pray that the land may now be vested in themselves.
I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that this petition be referred to the Government with a view to having legislation introduced to give effect to the prayer of the petitioners.
