No. 431, 1900.—Petition of John Angelo.
Petitioner prays for compensation for alleged losses he has sustained through the partition of "Panapo," Kiripaka No. 1 B, No. 3, over which he held prospecting rights from the Native owners, and in which his prospectors had discovered valuable deposits of coal.
I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition.
