No. 646, 1900.—Petition of Te Manuaute Tuhaia and 2 Others.

Petitioners lay claim to the Whitireia Block, and pray that the same may be handed over to them.

I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that this petition be referred to the Government.

No. 646, 1900.—Pitihana a Manuaute Tuhaia me etahi atu tokorua.

E ki ana nga kai-pitihana no ratou a Whitireia Poraka, a e inoi ana kia tukua atu taua whenua ki a ratou.

Kua whakahua ahau kia ki penei, ki te whakaaro o te Komiti me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga.
