This is John's second year at Vic., where he is studying for a double degree—B.Com., LL.B. He is a utility back for the Junior 3rds again this season, and is a member of the Athletic Club. We note that he reached the final of the 100yds. at the Vic. champs. in April.

John believes: "There should be a sound continuing policy underlying the Association's activities, a better supply of information to students and a concerted effort through well organised capping activities, etc., to overcome Wellington's hostility to the University."
