Petitioner alleges that certain persons have been omitted from the title to the Nelson "Tenths," and prays for their admission.
I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that this petition should be referred to the Government for inquiry.

E ki ana te kai-pitihana kua mahue etahi tangata i roto i te taitara mo nga "Whakatekau o Whakatu," a e inoi ana kai whakaurua aua tangata.
Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, ki te whakaaro o te Komiti me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia uiuia.
