[81a. 3r. 10p.] 81 acres 3 roods 10 perches.

Auckland, 10th Decr., 1861
We have received from Mr. Rogan on behalf of the Government, the sum of Seven 1861. 10 December. Waiharakeke. Pounds, Ten Shillings, as payment for the piece of land which we formerly reserved for Receipt for £7 10s. [81a. 3r. 10p.] ourselves on the survey of Waioneke. The name of that reserve is Waiharakeke, and it contains 81 acres, 3 roods and 10 perches.
