5.—Surveyor to Post Notices.

The surveyor shall, at the time of making the survey hereinbefore directed, post a notice in the form hereunto annexed, in some conspicuous place on the ground; and such notice shall he maintained by and at the expense of the applicants, until the application has been heard and determined.
