No. 358 of 1880.—Petition of Matini te Ore and 9 Others.
Petitioners complain that their names are left out of the memorial of ownership of Papawai Block, and state that it arose from the deceit of a man not named. They pray for redress.
I am directed to report as follows:—
That the petitioners, if aggrieved, should immediately apply to the Government for a rehearing, page 30and in the meantime the Committee recommends that the petition be referred to the Government for consideration.
