The Founders of Canterbury
Charles Clifford, Esq., 56, Micklegate, York. — Reigate, 3rd February, 1850
—My brother (who has been travelling about, and will be away again to-morrow) has given me your letter. So I write to say that I much wish to see you. Unless somebody shall make a business of attending specially to New Zealand matters in Parliament, they will surely be neglected: and I trust that you will do this whilst you shall be in London.
Yours very truly,
E. G. Wakefield.
