A Message from Major T. C. Wallace, ed

To all ranks who served with me in the 2nd Battalion, 1st New Zealand Army Tank Brigade, and later in the Third Division Tank Squadron, I would give this message:—'Ultimate victory will bring the beginning of a great task—the building of a new world order, a task that will demand the best of all men. I have known your worth as soldiers, your loyalty, your cheerful acceptance of the "misfortunes" of war. I have found in you the will to "see the job through." In the days that He ahead there will be much for you to do—I know you will do it. Good luck, and my best wishes to you all.
