Size:

R/r = approx. 40/25 mm.

Colour:

Pale orange mottled with white, abactinally; white and pale grey, actinally.

Geographical Distribution

Previously known only from Eastern Otago, New Zealand; the present specimen extends the range north to Cook Strait.

Depth Range:

256–555 m.

Type Locality:

East Otago, New Zealand; 462–555 m.
