Miss Joan Bacon.

A pillar of the full time students, Miss Bacon has always taken a keen interest in all student activities, athletic, social and cultural. She is brimming with enthusiasm, vigour and bright ideas, and is prepared to work like—well, the deuce.

At present Miss Bacon is secretary of the Women's Hockey Club, and is on the committee of the Women's Club, the Free Discussions Club and the S.C.M. She is sick and tired of hearing about the Building Fund. Some of us think of course this quite a laudable sentiment. Things do pall, don't they?

She doesn't drink tea and so can't take sugar in it. And now for a surprise after that last one. Miss Bacon drinks lots of water. That's that!
