Coat of Arms.

The college of Heralds had issued out the purport of the escocheon and blazon as sequitur:— Quarterly of four;— Argent in the dexter chief on on a stand à trios pieds on a fayre scroll ouvert of musick madrigal, charged subordinate by deux pumps de danse: Mellow in the sinister chief un baril de bière, secondary charged with three saltires fesswise gules: Tenné in the dexter base a spaniel naissant from vert, ubiquitous uncollared (Beere's dog). Azure in the sinister base three tomes s' appuyants whereof the matter toucheth the myths, fables, and beliefs of ancient peoples from china to Peru. Jaune in chief un Chinois trottant, bearing fesswise deux panniers with carrots eradicated jessant: Issuant from the dexter base a notched club de hocké; issuant from the sinister base the like: Argent ungalant in togs á valser habited, sinister by un sauvage in jersey azure habited, with a bend maroon uncharged.
