Reference From Supreme Court.

96.If any question of fact, or of Native custorn or usage, Suprerae Court may refer question of Native custom or fact. relating to the interests of Natives in any land or Native land, or in any personal property, shall arise in the Supreme Court, it shall be competent for any Judge of the Supreme Court to cause a case to be stated, and to refer the same to the Court for its opinion thereon.
97.The Court shall forthwith proceed to determine the question Opinion of Native Land Court, so referred, and shall transmit a certificate stating its opinion to a Registrar of the Supreme Court.
98.It shall be competent for any Judge of the Supreme Supreme Court may refer back. Court, if he shall think fit, to refer back any question so determined to the Court for further consideration.
99.The provisions of this Act in reference to hearing and Proeedure. determining cases brought before the Court, and in reference to appeal, shall, so far as applicable, be available for hearing and determining any case so referred as aforesaid.
100.The opinion oi the Court, or ot the Appellate Court, or the Opinion of Court or Appellate Court binding. final opinion on further consideration, shall be received and acted on by the Supreme Court as an authoritative and binding determination of the question referred.
