So much of The Impounding Act, 1884, and of everyAngora goats to be deemed sheep, and not to be destroyed as goats. other Act, and of every by-law made by any local authority under any Act, as authorises the destruction of goats in certain cases of trespass or wandering at large is hereby repealed so far as any of the said Acts or by-laws respectively mignt be held to apply to branded Angora goats.
