The Orchard.
| 1. | All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 11 acres 1 rood, more or less, and known as "The Orchard," situate in Block I., Waimata Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 1 of Block I. aforesaid, 838 links: towards the east and south-east by a road 100 links wide, 100 links and 1595 links; towards the south-west by a line, 844 links; and towards the north-west by a lagoon: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. |
