[6 acres.]Know all men by these presents that we the undersigned Chiefs of New Zealand do hereby sell dispose of and grant unto Jeau Barr and John Finlay their heirs and assigns for ever and ever for the sum of Seven pounds sterling well and truly paid before these presents were executed a piece of ground situated at Mount St. John near Auckland bounded on one side by land purchased by William Turner and on the other by land purchased by Mr. Ashton and the said piece of land having a frontage of a feet to the Epsom Road.
