Memorandum of Mr. Commissioner FitzGerald.

Revised Recommendation.—The protest by Tirarau having been removed, and it being Memorandum.satisfactorily explained that J. J. Bernard has no bonâ fide right to this land, and moreover as the claimant has paid enough to entitle him to much more land than has been awarded to him, I respectfully recommend that he be allowed a Grant for 414 [414 acres.]acres on this claim.
