Be it known to all whom this may concern that I Ta Riva Riva, Otene, Mohi Rewa, Noa 1831. 4 September.Hokianga District. Kiroa, do sell that parcel of Land situated on the right hand side of the Mongha-muka Tukatapua.Henry Pearson. river known by the name of Tukatabooa extending in front say one quarter of a mile English and inland by marks laid down from the said river Monghamuka for the following [80 acres.] property one musket two bags of shot one gown piece 28 yards two casks of powder Receipt. twenty-five pounds each one box of caps which we the above named persons do acknowledge to have received as a full and just compensation from Henry Pearson for the above named place Tukatabooa his heirs successors for ever without let or hindrance.
