Transfer of Land from G. T. Clayton to Alexander Gray.

Know all men by these presents that I the undersigned do hereby make over unto 1839. 11 February.Kororareka.Transfer to A. Gray. Alexander Gray all that piece or parcel of land whereon his, the said Alexr. Gray's house is now situated being part and parcel of land purchased by me from Robt. Duke of Sydney, being fifty (50) feet frontage, and running back the same width in a direct line to the creek as shewn in the plan of the estate.

All this piece and parcel of land I give and bequeath unto the said Alexr. Gray his heirs and successors for ever and ever. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 11th day of February a.d. 1839.
