1859. 26 April.Auckland District.Know all men by these Presents that we aboriginal Inhabitants
of Te Aua in pursu-Papakura ance of the "New Zealand Native
Reserves Act. 1856," Do hereby release and convey to Her Majesty Victoria, Queen
of England, Her Heirs and Successors, All that piece or parcel of Land described
in the Schedule hereunder written, Together with all members, rights and
appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining. To be granted by Her
said Majesty, to the Bishop of the Church of England in New Zealand and his
Successors, as a site for a Church and Burial place and Endowment for a school in
connection with the Church of England.
In Witness of our assent to the words here written, we have hereunto subscribed our names and marks this Twenty sixth day of April 1859.
