Tari Maori, Akarana, 12th Tihema, 1862.

Kua riro mai ki a maua i a te Rokena nga pauna moni e toru takitahi mo tetahi wahi Piako District. whenua kei Waitoa i Mangapouri ki te taha tonu o te whenua kua oti te hoko ki Waitoamangapouri. a te Hoterena imua kei Matamata. Receipt for £3.

We have received from Mr. Rogan three pounds sterling for a piece of land at 1862. 12 December. Waitoa "Mangapouri" it is alongside the piece of land sold to Mr. Shortland at Waitoamangapouri. Matamata. Receipt for £3.
