Claims of Ngatitamatera on Fairburn’s Block.

Received by me Moananui Kati Kati the sum of £26 in full of all demands for our 1854. 1 January. Auckland District. claim on Maraetai—on this the first day of January 1854 being the final payment to us Fairburn Block. the Ngatitamatera for the land as bought by Mr. Fairburn on the Wairoa and the Puru Receipt for £26. and on the East Side of the river Tamaki being the whole of Tamaki to Hewling’s line and on that line to the Tamaki River. Ngatitamatera claims.

Personal Claim of Te Moananui on the Fairburn Block.

Received by me the Moananui the sum of Twenty Pounds being for the final settlement 1854. 17 March. of my claim to land at Maraetai—the land formerly bought by Mr. Fairburn (European) Fairburn Block. on the Puru and on the Manga Manga roa also the whole of the Wairoa block and the Receipt for £20. Tamaki and on all land whatsoever in the above named claims on this the seventeenth Moananui’s claims. day of March in the year of our Lord 1854.
