1862. 3 January. I have received from Mr. Rogan on account of the Government Twelve pounds being Ramaroa. payment for my section of 50 acres at Ramaroa, situated in that block. It has been named in the deed of sale of Ramaroa and Opoia as a Reserve for me, dated the 8th Paikau’s reserve. [50 acres.] Receipt for £12. April 1861.
