1862 16 September.Otai Reserve. We have received this day from Mr. Rice for the Government Two pounds
fourteen Receipt for £2. 14. 6. [36s. 1r. 0p.] shillings and sixpence for the piece that we retained at Otai for ourselves
when Waiherunga was surveyed. The number of acres are 36 acres 1 rood.
