Auckland, August 7th, 1862
We agree to give up land as payment for an advance of £40 to enable us to get our 1862. 7 August. vessel the "Hori" repaired. The land we own is situated between Te Awaiti and Mr. Puharakeke,&c. D. Hay’s boundary and contains the following places. Tikirahi, To Whenua Te Receipt for £40, advance. Puharakeke, Te Huehue, Waihue, Te Mata to tara, Pokotea, Te Aratitoki which are shown on the plan attached to this paper.
