1862 22 July.I have received from Mr. Rogan on behalf of the Government the
sum of Twenty Te Weiti. Pounds as part of the payment for my land at Te Weiti (Wade) lying outside
the Receipt for £20. boundary of Morris Kelly’s fence; and I agree to point out the boundaries to
any Government surveyor during the coming summer.
