Pounds, Ten Shillings, as payment for the piece of land which we formerly reserved for Receipt for £7 10s. [81a. 3r. 10p.] ourselves on the survey of Waioneke. The name of that reserve is Waiharakeke, and it contains 81 acres, 3 roods and 10 perches.
