December 21, 1847.Te Tiki No. II.Know all men that I have agreed to give up entirely the piece of Land called the Tiki to the Queen of England (that is to the Governor of New Zealand) for the sum of Fifty three pounds.

The boundaries are these, On the North the Land of "Keene" On the East the stream to the land of Reweti On the South, the Road to the Tamaki.

Receipt for £53. Received the money for this land this land is given over to the Queen.
