Now we have for ever given up this portion of our land under the shining sun of this day with its streams timber waters minerals grass with its fertile spots and barren places and all whatsoever above or below the surface appertaining to the said land to Victoria the Queen of England or to the Kings or Queens who may succeed her for ever.
And in testimony of our consent to all the particulars of this Deed we hereunto sign our names.
