Boundaries. [40,000 acres.]Commencing at Waireporepo near the North East corner of Runanga No. 1 Block on the Waipunga River, thence to Otutaria, thence to Oparo and on to Te Paeroa, thence to Te werenga-o-te-pupa where it turns to the left leaving Otamapotiki hill on the right and follows down Te Rerenga-o-Tuwhakahoroahu stream to Otuweta stream then down the Wheao River to a bend called TeTokari where it leaves the Wheap and follows down a grassy valley crossing Waihuahua and Mangamutu streams, thence to the Rangitaiki River at Te Arawhata ia Nohomoki then up the Bangitaiki River to Te page 689

Haka-o-te-Apiti where it leaves the Rangitaiki and follows along the boundary of Runanga No. 1 Block to the said starting point at Waireporepo. These boundaries include all the lands to which the terms of this lease refer and it'is agreed by all the parties thereto that should the final adjudication on these lands result in any alteration of these boundaries and reduction of the area then that such reduction be met by a corresponding and pro rata reduction in the yearly rental thereof.
