And the Messrs. Whitaker and Russell agree to purchase the said land and to pay to the said Hamiora Tu at the rate of Four Shillings p. acre in manner following, the sum Twenty seven pounds to be paid on signing this agreement and the balance on the execution of a conveyance of the said land And the said Hamiora Tu further agrees to have the said land surveyed without loss of time at his cost.
Should the said land when surveyed not turn out to contain the quantity specified, the said Hamiora Tu agrees to make up the deficiency by giving other land in lieu thereof.
