1874. 5 May.Waikato District.Know all men by these presents that I Edwin Torrens Brissenden in the Deed hereunto annexed mentioned and made between Mourea Hipera Paura Tauwi Perahiha Te Kere Takerei Ngutuwera. and Punoke of the one part and the said Edwin Torrens Brissenden of the other part in consideration of all money expended by the said Edwin Torrens Brissenden for on account of or in respect of the land described in the said Deed hereunto annexed having been repaid to him on behalf of Her Majesty Queen Victoria (the receipt whereof Assignment. is hereby acknowledged) He the said Edwin Torrens Brissenden doth hereby assign transfer and assure unto Her Majesty Queen Victoria All and every right title interest claim and demand whatsoever which he the said Edwin Torrens Brissenden hath or possesses in to or in respect of All that parcel of land in the Province of Auckland situate at Patetere in the District of Waikato known by the name of Ngutuwera as the same is more fully described in the said Deed hereunto annexed To hold to Her Majesty Queen Victoria her heirs and successors In Witness Whereof the said parties have hereunto subscribed their names and affixed their seals.
