Taupari, January 18th, 1865.
1865. 18 January.Horotiu And Waipa Block.This is a Deed whereby all men may hear, that all our pieces of land at Whatawhata, and elsewhere in the District between Horotiu and Waipa, are now surrendered by us to the Queen for the Sum of Thirty Pounds sterling (£30 . 0 . 0) which we have Claims of Ngatitpa.Receipt for £30. received at the hands of Henry Hanson Turton, Special Commissioner.
