Boundaries. All that piece or parcel of the sea shore in the Frith of the Thames in the Province of Auckland aforesaid being adjacent to the Thames Gold Field extending from high water mark to low water mark and bounded on the one side by a line running south-west from the wharf at the mouth of the Kauaeranga Creek and on the other side by a line running west from the North west bank of the Tauaru Creek at its, mouth As delineated by the plan drawn hereon.
