2. There shall be a President, a Vice-President, and
Trustees of the Club, who shall remain in office until death or resignation, or until a Special General Meeting of Proprietary Members, convened by the Committee expressly for the purpose, shall think fit to remove any of them.

3. The property of the Club shall be vested in Trustees,
and upon any resolution, that a Trustee be removed, being passed, all property belonging to the

Club then vested in him shall thereupon become vested in the other and continuing Trustees, and he shall cease to have any interest therein as Trustee.
