IX.—Custody of Deeds.
All deeds, writings, or securities shall be made and taken in the
name of the Association, and shall, after the registration thereof, be delivered by the Solicitor to the Manager, who shall give his receipt for the same, and forthwith deposit them in the strong-room of the Association, or such other place as the Board of Directors may appoint.
Securities to be taken in the name of the Association.
The Manager shall keep a Register of the Securities in the strong
room, which shall be annually compared with the deeds, and certified to by the Auditors.
