XXI.—Re-Conveyance
When the whole of the subscriptions, fines, and other payments on
any realised share or shares have been paid by any member, the Association shall if requested, endorse upon the mortgage given to the Association by such member a receipt for all moneys intended to be secured thereby, and shall deliver up the same, with all other deeds and documents relating to such mortgage which shall have been deposited with them by such member; subject, nevertheless, to the provisions contained in these Rules. The Solicitor to the Association shall be entitled to receive a fee of 10s. 6d., from the member requiring such a receipt, for obtaining the same. Provided always, that any member shall be entitled to a re-conveyance of the property mortgaged, at his own cost. When the whole of the moneys secured to the Association by the transfer of the scrip of any B Investment shares shall have been duly paid and satisfied, such share shall be re-transferred to the member entitled thereto, or the Association may issue fresh scrip in respect thereof.
