C.—Plan of studies in the Polytechnic School at Dresden, Saxony.

Nearly every lecture offered in this plan will he given to a division consisting of but one student; and any one will be given to a division of three. In fact, however, divisions as small as three seldom occur, and almost the entire list of exercises is annually given. Many American students attend the lectures, especially Dr. Zeuner's in Mechanics and Professor Hempel's in in Chemistry.
