Agricultural and pastoral land, at an elevation varying between 200 ft. and 500 ft. above sea-level. This section comprises about 50 acres of agricultural and 378 acres of pastoral land. It is all undulating or hilly land, in tussock and native grasses. It is doubtful if there is any permanent water on the section, although there is usually a supply in Tetley Brook. Situated on the boundary of the Starborough Settlement, six miles and a half distant by formed road from Seddon Railway-station. The improvements (which are included in the price of the section) con-sist of 85 chains of boundary-fencing, valued at £32.
