Jubilee Chick Show.

A Jubilee Chick Show, under the auspices of the Auckland Poultry, Pigeon, Canary, and Dog Association, was opened on Jan. 29 at the Columbia Rink. The Show was excellent in respect both to the number of birds shown in all classes and to their quality. Some fine specimens of poultry were shown, and in pigeons and canaries there were first-class exhibits. The officers were:—Poultry classes: Judge, Mr. F. Rogan (Wellington); steward, Mr. C. Philipps.
