Applications to be signed.
5. All applications to the Court or to the Chief [unclear: Ju] must be signed by the applicant, or by his agent duly [unclear: aythrised] in that behalf. An agent acting on behalf of any [unclear: other] person must forward to the Chief Judge or to the [unclear: Registrar] authority in writing signed by such person. Such [unclear: author] may be either general, or in respect of some [unclear: partici] matter. A general authority will be deemed to [unclear: continue] force until revoked.
6. Every application and every such authority as [unclear: af] said made or given by a Native, if not written in Maori, [unclear: mu] have indorsed thereon the certificate of a licensed [unclear: interpreter] to the effect that the contents of such [unclear: application] or authority were fully explained to the Native [unclear: before] he signed the same.
