Form No. 2, Rule 10.—Application by the Government

In the matter of the Native land known as of an application to have the title thereto [unclear: investigated].

Application is hereby made by His Excellency the Government of New Zealand that, in default of a certified map of so land being placed before the Court on any hearing to [unclear: fo] on such application, investigation into the title to the so land may be proceeded with upon any sketch map which may be produced and be by the Court considered sufficient.
