Prohibitory By-Laws.

Whenever a by-law prohibiting sale has been legally passed and se ved on the Inspector, he can issue no more licenses except for steamboat bars and railway buffets, while it remains in force, and for 2 mos after any Judgment granting it, unless it be final.
