53. Power to set aside lands to be sold on deferred payment.
54. Form of applications. If several applicants, land to go to auction.
55. Deposits to be made on application. Further deposit of proportion of auction price.

63. Conditions of license, and terms to be observed: (1.) Term of license. (2.) License fees payable half-yearly in advance. (3.) Deposit to count for half-year's license fees. (4.) Personal residence imperative. Exemption. (5.) First year one-twentieth land to be cultivated. (6.) Second year' another one-twentieth. (7.) One-fifth of land to be cultivated within four years. (8.) Improvements equal to £1 per acre of land to be made within six years. (9.) After six years, if conditions fulfilled, may obtain grant. (10.) For breach of license, all rights forfeited. (11.) Rights against trespassers.
64. Where selectors intermarry, occupation of one allotment sufficient.
65. Transfer of interest by selector. Fee of one pound on transfer.
66. Executors same power within twelve months.
67. Interest of selector not liable for his debts.
68. Reports on fulfilment of conditions of license.
69. Procedure for recovery of possession in case of breach of conditions.
70. On forfeiture, warrant to issue for obtaining possession.
71. After recovery, land with improvements sold by auction.
72. Application of proceeds.

74. Holders of agricultural leases may exchange for lease on deferred payments.
