The Treasurer shall, at the Committee meeting previous to the annual election meeting, produce a balance-sheet showing the receipts and expenditure for the past year, certified as to its correctness by the auditors, which said balance-sheet shall be read at the annual election meeting, to be held in the month of Ellul, and laid on the table for inspection and adoption.
