I have known Dr. Millen Coughtrey for several years, page 12 and have formed a high opinion of his talents and professional acquirements. Dr. Coughtrey possesses a thorough knowledge of Medicine and Surgery, having been a most diligent and attentive student, and he has availed himself of every opportunity of gaining professional information. He has latterly been devoting himself more particularly to the study of Anatomical and Physiological Science, and also to the teaching of those subjects, and this with very great acceptance. I am quite confident that he will prove a most efficient teacher, and I know no one who will be more zealous in the discharge of his duties.
