An Ordinance to repeal the Licensing Ordinances of the late Province of Southland and to extend the provisions of the Licensing Ordinances of the Province of Otago to that part of the Province of Otago which before the coming into operation of the "Otago and Southland Union Act 1870" was included in the Province of Southland.
