Clerk of Court to send list of persons to whom certificates granted to the Treasurer.

18. The Clerk of the Court at which any such meeting shall have been held shall within fourteen days after such meeting transmit to the Provincial Treasurer a list signed by two at least of the Justices who at- page 15 tended the meeting specifying the names and residences of all the persons to whom such certificates as aforesaid shall have been granted.
